Villages recognized as one of the “coolest” projects in LA!

CVC Hosts VA Town Hall featuring VA Secretary Robert McDonald!

CVC Hosts Community Meeting to discuss Anchor Place

Last night CVC hosted a community meeting that was attended by more than 50 residents and staff at the Villages at Cabrillo to discuss the proposed Anchor Place development, solicit feedback and answer community questions.   Sited on 3.0 acres of land on the east side of the Villages, Anchor Place will provide 120 dignified, affordable apartment homes and move Long Beach one step closer to eradicating veteran homelessness.  As a …Read More

CVC Receives USGBC Affordable Green Neighborhoods Grant!

On September 30th, the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and Bank of America Charitable Foundation announced that 11 projects across the country were selected for the 2014 Affordable Green Neighborhoods (AGN) grant program.  Century’s Villages at Cabrillo master planned supportive housing community was 1 of these 11 awardees.   The grant will help CVC secure a LEED for Neighborhood Development (LEED ND) credential for its community.  LEED ND is a green …Read More
