Century Villages at Cabrillo is excited to announce a $5 million investment in our community by the Calvert Foundation. This loan will refinance a significant piece of the Villages’ existing debt and allow Century to increase its lending capacity to affordable housing developers throughout California.
The Cabrillo Gateway development, undergoing construction at the foot of the campus and due for completion this summer, is one such project benefitting from Century financing. It will add 80 permanent affordable homes along with a federally qualified health clinic. “The Calvert Foundation investment provides a stable financial foundation for growth at the Villages as we respond to the needs of our community’s most vulnerable,” said Brian D’Andrea, President of Century Villages at Cabrillo.
