Coming Soon: Cabrillo Gateway

On November 22, 2013, CVC closed on its construction loan and partnership financing for the Cabrillo Gateway development. When completed in 2015, Cabrillo Gateway will add 80 additional permanent supportive homes to the Villages at Cabrillo community. The ground floor will feature a federally-qualified health center (FQHC) to be operated by The Children’s Clinic along with additional space for resident services. CVC closed on both its construction loan and tax credit equity financing with Wells Fargo. In addition, the development features AHP financing from the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco and an MHSA loan through CalHFA. All 80 homes feature project-based rentals subsidy through the Housing Authority of the City of Long Beach. The General Contractor, Walton Construction Services, will begin construction by December 2, 2013.
