Century Villages at Cabrillo continues to gain recognition among affordable housing insiders, and this month’s front cover feature in the
Novogradac Journal of Tax Credits may be our greatest honor yet.
The publication is perhaps the most important voice in affordable housing and the article does a great job of summarizing everything that makes CVC special, including our most recent
LEED Platinum Award winning development, Cabrillo Gateway and The Children’s Clinic, “Serving Children and Their Families” (TCC), our newest health center located on the ground floor of the Cabrillo Gateway which supports 10 new jobs for clinical and support staff and expects to see about 3,000 patients every year.
