Long Beach, Century and Affordable Housing: A big day!
Last week, we hosted a Press Conference and Rally at the Villages for Measure H, the County measure on the March ballot which will provide $350 million over a 10 year period for the provision of programs and services to end homelessness. The event was attended by Mayor Garcia, Councilmembers Uranga and Pearce, and other community leaders. Many thanks to our very own René Castro for welcoming our visitors to the Villages and setting the stage for the rally.

We know from direct experience at the Villages that housing alone is not enough to end homelessness and restore health. Measure H will provide funding for the critical services that promote stability and health, the ultimate outcomes we aspire to. To learn more about Measure H, click here: http://voteyesonh.com/
